Most orders are prepared and dispatched within 2–5 business days. This timeframe includes order verification, packaging, and quality inspection.

During high-demand periods or promotional events, processing may take up to 6 business days.

Shipping Fee

A flat shipping rate of $6.99 per order applies within supported delivery regions.

Shipping time varies depending on the destination:

United States: about 10-20 business days
Canada / United Kingdom / Australia: about 10–20business days
Other international regions: about 14–21 business days

• Packages may be delivered under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms

5. Order Changes or Cancellations

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages

If the shipping carrier confirms that a package has been lost during transit, we will arrange a replacement once the situation has been verified.
